2. Event Cancellations

If an event is officially canceled by the organizer, we will issue a full refund of the ticket price you paid.

Refunds for canceled events will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Event Postponements or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds for postponed/rescheduled events are not guaranteed, unless the organizer or ticket source specifically allows it.
4. Service & Price Disclaimer

TicketOfferNation is a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be 10–15% higher than face value.

Service fees are included in the final price and are non-refundable.
5. Invalid or Unusable Tickets

In the rare event that your ticket is found to be invalid or denied at the venue, contact us immediately.

Upon verification, we will issue either:

A replacement ticket, or
-
A full refund, if a replacement is not possible.

6. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Change of personal plans, schedule conflicts, or no-shows.

Dissatisfaction with the event (e.g., performance quality, seating arrangements, or event delays).

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

8. Policy Updates
TicketOfferNation reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
